Marty Brounstein
Marty Brounstein has a BA in Education and an MS in Industrial
Relations with more than 20 years experience in management and
training in both large and small organizations. As a speaker,
trainer and consultant since 1991, Marty has worked with a wide
variety of organizations from high-tech to government.
As a trainer and consultant, Marty helps organizations build
effective teams, create results-based useful performance review
systems, and develop their managers into effective leaders. As
a speaker, Marty presents insightful, smart management and leadership
concepts and tools in an interactive, engaging environment. He's
requested much to work with groups in a seminar-style setting,
and has presented to large audiences too.
Marty is also the author of five books on management, including
Effective Recruiting Strategies: A Marketing Approach; Handling
The Difficult Employee: Solving Performance Problems; Coaching
and Mentoring for Dummies; Communicating Effectively for Dummies;
and Managing Teams For Dummies.
